Welcome to our Misa Fit web platform dedicated exclusively to tourism professionals. This platform  is the property of Misa Tours Int'l, holder of a Quebec Travel Agency permit. You can now book your package safely on the web platform of  Misa Fit (https://www.misatours.ca/en/login), a site with maximum security. By browsing our website, you accept its terms and conditions of use and it is your duty and responsibility to consult them. You are thus subject to the following conditions and those set out by the service providers.

The Misa Tours  Int'l website, the reservation platform and all the content published on it or to which it gives access are protected by copyright. Any adaptation or distribution is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained.

Travel Agent Licence

The travel agent permit issued to Misa Tours by the Office de la protection du consommateur requires us to hold a trust account to deposit any amount received from our customers. This sum can only be used to organize the customer's trip and to pay the suppliers on their behalf.

Pricing

All travel services you purchase through Misa Tours  Int'l  will be delivered to you according to their availability. Some services may be on request and availability will first have to be confirmed by the supplier. Should a service no longer be available, one of our travel advisors will promptly contact you to suggest alternative products. All prices mentioned on the site are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise expressed. All applicable local taxes are included.

The purchase price of any trip is the price that will be communicated to you at the time of your purchase. Misa Tours  Int'l  is not responsible for any price changes that may occur before you have completed your online purchase.

The rates displayed may change at any time without notice and any price reduction offered during a promotion applies only to new bookings made within the validity period of the promotion.

Please note that in the event of a discrepancy or divergence between the rates displayed on our website https://www.misatours.ca  and our online booking platform  http://misafit.reslynx.com the prices displayed on the online booking platform will prevail.

Fuel surcharge

Due to huge increases in the cost of fuel, the service provider may have to apply a fuel surcharge. If a surcharge applies, it is payable by the customer directly to the supplier on site.

Packaging clause and commitment

As a receptive travel agency at destination of Canada, Misa Tours Int’l as well as its professional clients are committed to exclusively providing package deals including a minimum of two separate suppliers. Any agencies or tour operators unable to package their offers will have their right to use the misafit.reslynx platform removed.

Online buying

When booking and buying online via the Internet on our  website http://misafit.reslynx.com,  Misa Tours  Int'l  cannot assess your needs or expectations. You therefore assume full responsibility for the organization and payment of the package you have chosen.  Misa Tours  Int'l  assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the service providers on  http://misafit.reslynx.com. However, if you wish to be advised or informed about the choice of the holiday or trip, you can contact one of our advisors.

Reservation

To make a reservation, you must provide the following information:

  • Surname, first name of the participants
  • Date of birth of participants
  • Billing adress of the agency
  • Phone number of the booking agent
  • Email adress of the booking agent

Payment method

Several payment methods are accepted:

  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Payment by billing agreement with Misa Tours Int'l

Travel documents

As soon as the reservation is completed, an email confirming the services will be sent. It is the responsibility of the booking agent to ensure that the confirmed services correspond faithfully to the products and services chosen, and that the names of the participants are identical to their identity documents.

The travel documents (vouchers) will be sent after full payment of the invoice, between 45 and 21 days prior the reserved services with Misa Tours Int'l. These documents must be in the traveller’s possession during their trip.

Deposit and final payment

Deposit : Deposits may be required depending on the booking conditions of certain suppliers.

Final payment : 45 to 30 days before arrival.

The final invoice will be sent no later than 30 days prior the reserved services with Misa Tours Int'l.

Payment arrangements are available upon request between the travel agency and Misa Tours Int’l.

Cancellation policies

No cancellation or change fees within 7 business days following a reservation.

Up to 45 days or more before the arrival date: A fee of $100 per file applies for the cancellation of the package.

From 44 to 8 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount is non-refundable.

From 7 to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.

Less than 2 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount is non-refundable.

It may happen that the cancellation conditions or deposit of a supplier are stricter than those of Misa Tours Int'l. In such a case, the conditions of the supplier will prevail and these fees will be in addition to those indicated above. Contact us for cancellation conditions of each service if needed or consult your transaction confirmation.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must immediately contact us by phone or email.

A request for cancellation must be made in writing and the date of reception will be used to calculate the fees charged by the supplier(s). These cancellation fees vary according to the supplier and/or the type of services and are calculated according to the number of days the cancellation is recorded in relation to the date of travel.

Changes to a package

Any change to a fully confirmed package will be considered as a cancellation and subject to Misa Tours' cancellation policies and those of its suppliers.

Any changes made to a booking (HK status), including but not limited : names and number of travelers, dates, destination, hotels, actitivites or duration of the trip, may be considered as a cancellation and subject to the supplier's cancellation fees.

Misa Tours Int'l reserves the right to charge cancellation or modification fees, in addition to any other fees required by the service provider, for any modification requests on a reservation.

Unused services

No refunds will be given for any unused service, voluntarily or not, and it cannot be postponed to a later date. If the client was unable to use your service through the fault of a supplier, it is recommended that the client make arrangements for a refund or deferral of service directly with the supplier.

Check-in at the hotel

Check-in at the hotel is usually from 16:00. Some hotels may agree to receive guests earlier. Check-out is usually at 11:00.

Minors

It is your responsibility to certify that your client is at least 18 years of age and that you are entitled by law to enter into this Agreement and to purchase online in accordance with the terms set forth herein. You assume full financial responsibility for your use of Misa Tours Int'l's secure transactional site. You also certify that all information provided in connection with the use of this site by you or by users of your computer is true.

Confidentiality

Misa Tours Int'l  undertakes to respect the privacy of its customers and therefore not to sell to any third party either the names of customers or other information from personal profiles. However, when you book or purchase travel products and services on the secure transactional site of Misa Tours  Int'l, we are required to transmit to the various suppliers information such as surname,  first name, age and in some cases an emergency number to communicate with the traveller.

By becoming users of the Misa Fit platform, you agree that Misa Tours International may use the email address associated with your professional account to communicate promotional offers.

Complaint Resolution

If you have a complaint or a problematic situation to share with us, it is essential that you contact Misa Tours  Int'l immediately so that we can try to remedy the situation as it occurs. If the situation occurs outside of our opening hours, please send us the information in writing within 7 days of your return. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee any compensation, if any, from us or the supplier.

Changes to these Terms

Misa Tours Int'l  reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time according to changes in legislation or for any other legitimate reasons. Your use of this site will be governed by the terms then in effect at the time of your use.

Notice to customers

Misa Tours Int'l  undertakes to offer you a similar service or to reimburse you in the event that a service included in your package cannot be offered.

Misa Tours Int'l  carefully chooses its suppliers but has no control over their way of operating or any person directly or indirectly connected to their establishment.

Misa Tours Int'l  cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure and events beyond its control such as loss of luggage, bad weather conditions, lack of snow to practice an activity, unusual crowds on certain sites, illness, accident, epidemic, pandemic, bankruptcy (including the bankruptcy of a supplier) or any other event beyond the control of  Misa Tours  Int'l.

Canadian Health measures:

All packages offered on our site comply with the sanitary measures enacted by the government.

All travellers must follow the sanitary and health measures issued by the local Public Health Office of the regions visited, as well as those issued by the suppliers.

In the event that a traveller contracts COVID-19 during a Misa Tours Int'l package, the traveller must make arrangements for an immediate return home. The traveller must also contact the local Health hotline to receive information on the measures to be taken. Ensuing travel costs are the responsibility of the traveller.

All unused services are non-refundable and Misa Tours Int'l's cancellation policy applies. The customer must validate with his travel insurance the refunds conditions in case of cancellation or travel interruption caused by COVID-19 or any other medical problem.

Before travelling, we suggest that you check the Gouvernment of Canada website for updates on the restrictions applicable in each region.
