DAY 1 - PHOENIX

Welcome at the airport
by your tour director. Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2 - PHOENIX / GRAND CANYON
 |
| Breakfast. Orientation
tour of Phoenix, and then continue to the Sedona Valley. Discover
the Oak Creek Canyon framed with its red sand walls. Lunch. Continue to
the Grand Canyon, one of nature's most intense miracles. You will
be moved by the never-ending symphony of shapes and colours that fade into
the distance. For a bird's-eye view of the Canyon, experience an optional
helicopter ride. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 - GRAND CANYON / KAYENTA
 |
| Breakfast. The morning
is yours to discover the many points of interest along the Grand Canyon.
This free time will allow you to fully appreciate the impressive work of
Mother Nature. After lunch, enter into Navajo country and cross the remarkable
Painted Desert where the colours change with the time of day. Continue to
Kayenta for dinner and lodging.

DAY 4 - KAYENTA / MOAB
 |
| Breakfast. Visit the
famous Monument Valley. In the company of Navajo guides, motor along
the red sand trails that wind around the huge monolith (reaching
over 300 meters in height). Experience pure western tradition during lunch
and then an amazing excursion on site. The afternoon takes you towards Moab.
Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 - MOAB / TORREY
 |
| Breakfast. A visit to
Arches National Park is next. This collection of over 2000 arches,
some small, others gigantic, creates a fantastic décor where you
can feel the force of water erosion and drastic changes of temperature in
this desert region. Lunch. Continue to Capitol Reef National Park where,
once again, Mother Nature has been hard at work for millions of years. The
name comes from the coral and lace-like cliffs, made of white sandstone,
and their eerie resemblance to the Capitol building. Arrive in Torrey for
dinner and lodging. |

DAY 6 - TORREY / LAS VEGAS
 |
| Breakfast. Cross the
spectacular Route 12, which winds along the craters of the mountains to
visit Bryce Canyon National Park. Here the strange rock forms appear
to be silent sculptures of people overlooking their visitors. Following
lunch, travel to Zion National Park and marvel in its pointed, colourful
cliffs. Traverse Utah and Nevada for a complete change of scenery as you
arrive in Las Vegas, world of flashing lights and of 24-hour activity.
Welcome to the world's gaming capital! After dinner, there is ample time
to try your luck in a world-famous casino or just enjoy the awesome hotels
that take you for a visit around the world! Lodging.

DAY 7 - LAS VEGAS / LOS ANGELES
 |
Breakfast. Cross the
Mojave Desert to Los Angeles and Universal Studios. Lunch
on site as you uncover some of the secrets of Hollywood. See entire cities
erected just for the movies or live some of the scenes for yourself
Let
yourself be carried away by this world of make-believe. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 8 - LOS ANGELES / VISALIA
 |
| Breakfast. This morning
visit Hollywood: the Manns Chinese Theatre, the Walk of Fame,
and Hollywood Boulevard. Keep your eyes peeled for your favourite celebrity
as you cross through Beverly Hills and along Rodeo Drive, the most
expensive street in the world. Lunch. Enjoy the scenery this afternoon,
as you head to Visalia. The rich Californian agriculture is in evidence
all around. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 9 - VISALIA / MONTEREY
 |
| Breakfast. Visit Sequoia
National Park where these gigantic trees will leave you in awe. Lunch
in the region of Fresno as the road takes us through agricultural lands
on the way to Monterey. Stop at the Romero Dam, an important system of irrigation
for Californian farms. Dinner and lodging. |

DAY 10 - MONTEREY / SAN FRANCISCO
 |
| Breakfast. In order
to reach Carmel, a small residential town built around a colonial village,
you will travel the charming 17 Mile Drive. The splendid panoramic
views of the Pacific are a pure delight! Next is a visit of the San Juan
Mission, inaugurated in 1797, it is one of the 21 missions in California.
Lunch on site. The afternoon takes you to San Francisco, the most beautiful
mosaic of culture in the United States. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 11 - SAN FRANCISCO
 |
| Breakfast. A guided visit of "everybody's
favourite city": downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, Nob Hill and Russian
Hill, the Victorian houses, Twin Peaks and its extraordinary view
of the city, Golden Gate Park and its Japanese Garden, Pacific Heights,
the legendary Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf with its sun-bathing
sea lions, Palace of Fine Art and its monumental columns, the winding Lombard
Street
Lunch. The afternoon is yours to do some shopping on Pier 39
or in Chinatown, ride the famous Cable Cars, or simply enjoy a cup
of oriental tea in the Japanese Garden. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 12 - SAN FRANCISCO

to the airport according to flight schedules. |
