From the start, Misa Tours International felt it was imperative to share its philosophy of tourism with all of its employees and especially its group of tour directors.

From this desire was born the Misa Tours International private training center for all of its tour directors. Each year, all new tour directors must complete this course to be accepted as part of our team.

This allows us to ensure a professional service, from any of our tour directors on any of our tours, throughout North America. Our training centers are an essential ingredient in promoting our philosophy to our team.

For example, a Misa Tours International tour director may not sell any optional activities without authorization from the head office.
